LEAD TIME: Lead time is an estimate only and is not a guaranteed ship date. Under no circumstances will we entertain claims concerning costs, losses or damages incurred due to late or non-delivery of goods.
QUANTITY ORDERED: The amount of tile ordered is the sole responsibility of the purchaser. When ordering tile or stone a 10% to 20% overage is recommended. All sizes are nominal.
ADD-ONS: Add-On material cannot be guaranteed to match original order in shade or size.
SPECIAL ORDERS: Special Orders are non-cancelable and non-returnable once ordered. All special orders require payment in full and are subject to additional freight charges.
SAMPLES: The tile or stone you receive on your order may vary from samples in the showroom.
RETURNS: No returns on SPECIAL ORDERS, STONE, GLASS, INSTALLED or DISCONTINUED merchandise. Stock porcelain may be returned within 30 days in full boxes only. A 20% restock fee will be applied.
DELIVERIES: Deliveries & Shipments are CURBSIDE ONLY. Carriers will not perform in-house deliveries. Merchandise should be inspected upon receipt. No claims will be considered after 48 hours of receipt.
STORAGE: Orders left in our warehouse over 30 days are subject to storage fees up to $100/week.
NATURAL STONE: To minimize staining, Natural Stone must be sealed on a routine basis especially in wet areas. When using stone on a shower floor staining may still occur even after sealing. No claims will be considered if staining occurs. A dry layout is strongly recommended to insure proper blending of shades. No Claims will be considered for variation in shade or veining.
CRAZED & HAND-MADE TILE: These tiles will vary more than machine made tile in size, thickness and color variation. Perceived imperfections, such as crazing, pitting and color/glaze pooling are inherent characteristics and cannot be avoided. When used in wet areas, Hand-Made or Crazed tile must be sealed before and after installation and as needed thereafter. No claims will be considered for shade variation, crazing or staining.
SUITABILITY: The Purchaser is solely responsible for determining the suitability and fitness of the products for the intended use. Tile is not guaranteed against wear, breakage or crazing before, during or after installation. Shading is an inherent characteristic of all tile, glass and stone products. All tiles should be inspected and blended before installation. Use constitutes acceptance. No claims will be considered after installation.
